Joy Bush works as a fine art photographer. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibits in many galleries including the Copley Society in Boston, Umbrella Arts in New York City, the Garrison Art Center (Garrison, NY), Drawing Rooms (Jersey City, NJ) the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury (CT), The Carriage Barn in New Canann (CT), Charter Oak Cultural Center (Hartford, CT), the DaSilva Gallery in New Haven (CT), Westport Arts Center (CT), and Artspace (New Haven, CT). Her photographs have appeared in the Village Voice, The New York Times, Connecticut Review, and many other publications. She is represented in the permanent collections of the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, CT, the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH, the Yale Medical Group Art Place in New Haven, and numerous private collections.
