Frequenty Asked Questions
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The studio is located in Hamden, Connecticut. We do our photo sessions there as well as the production of our final photographs, which are printed with archival inks on the finest archival paper. We will, however, travel to people's homes in Connecticut and the northeast for an additional fee.
HOW LONG DOES A PHOTO SESSION TAKE?
Each session takes between one and two hours per dog, cat, or other companion animal.
HOW MUCH DOES A PHOTO SESSION COST?
We have one set fee for the photo session, $600. There is a $150 deposit required to schedule an appointment. The final balance is due the day of your photo session. At this time I only accept checks, money orders, or cash.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PHOTO SESSION?
The session includes the shooting time as well as contact sheets of your dog or cat or other companion animal. From the contact sheets you can select two photographs which will be printed as 8x10 photos (approximate size, since cropping of the image may change the proportion of the image) on 11x14 paper. You may also purchase additional images. Finally, the images from the photo session are archived, so you may order additional prints at any time.
